What is this antenna feed arrangement called? These are two different antennas, but the principle used is the same. I wish the pictures showed the feed a little better...

Answer: Folded unipole. Especially popular where cell sites co-locate on AM broadcast towers and they don't want to have a "hot" tower base. (Hot is when you don't turn the RF off and have to jump from a stepladder to the tower to avoid getting across the base insulator!)
