Current sensor, senses current in wire going thru hole

Small diode laser, water cooled

Cable cutter, explosive charge cuts cable going thru hole


Answer: "Cable cutter, cartridge actuated ", left over from a project I worked on. Used to quickly disconnect a "device" dropped from an airplane from its parachute.
